Move-In & Orientation

We are SO close!

Official Move-In Time: 9am to 2pm for all students (except Early-Move-In of course!)

From 9am to 2pm on Move-In day we will have staff available to help get you and your things where you need to be. We will also have folks from your MSA (Mohawk Student Association) and from the ONE Card office present to help get all your needs squared away at once!

Move-In Weekend

*Please note: Events (times and content) are subject to change as work toward finalizing our plans.

Residence Fee Payments

At this point, you should have made your first payment towards your residence and meal plan fees.

The second payment deadline for those students who have not yet paid all fees in full, will be August 1st.

If you are someone who has not yet received an invoice, please contact the front desk at info@mohawkresidence.ca or by calling 905-385-3200 and someone would be happy to send the invoice to you.

Note: Any payments that are received after August 1st will result in a $30.00 late fee being charged to your account.

Early Move-In Information

If you are someone who has chosen an early move-in of Wednesday August 29th as opposed to our normal move-in date of Saturday September 1st; please note that although we have offered this early move-in date, it is purely out of convenience to you. There will be no additional programming going on in the building from the Wednesday to the Friday, and there will be limited places open at the school for you to purchase food.

Although you are still welcome to move-in on the selected date, we wanted to make sure that you were aware of the limited resources and programming that will be available to you until we kick off our residence move-in and orientation on September 1st.

If you wish to cancel your early move-in due to the above information, please contact the residence before August  1st  by phone or email in order for us to make the necessary changes to your residence account.

Please let us know if you have any questions.
